Can I change the date of my ticket(s)?

Exchanging tickets is possible at anytime, excluding day-of. Requests can be made via email at: boxoffice@thestorefronttheatre.com

 

Can I buy more tickets online on the same day?

Tickets can be purchased online until 5pm. If you want to purchase tickets for the same day, after 5pm, rush tickets are available at the door. Be sure to arrive a half-hour prior to curtain for purchasing.

 

I missed the show but had a ticket, can I come to another show?

Accidents happen, unused tickets can be redeemed for future dates by arriving at the theatre and waiting until after rush to see if there are available seats remaining.

 

 

Do I get a deal if I buy tickets for a group?

We offer a 10% discount for groups of 25 or more for tickets. Inquiries can be made via email at: boxoffice@thestorefronttheatre.com

 

Can I reserve tickets and pay at the door?

While it is highly recommended that tickets are purchased in advance, reservation inquiries can be made via email at: boxoffice@thestorefronttheatre.com please note, reservation requests cannot all be guaranteed

I didn’t use my ticket, can I get a refund?
